How to install games on unmodified psp

Hello, I have a non-flashed PSP1004, I downloaded games for PSP but I don't know how to install them...

However, I downloaded PSP demos and they work perfectly... Please advise me. 
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.5.3

    The games you downloaded will not work on your console; the demos work because they are legal EBOOT.PBP (executable PSP) files placed in the GAME folder.
    What you downloaded goes into a folder named ISO but can only be executed by a custom firmware console.
