Where to buy a laptop battery?

Hello,

I would like to know where to buy a good quality battery for a laptop?

I found several sites that sell OEM batteries (said to be compatible with several models) for 50-60 euros, and on a famous auction site, there are batteries sold directly from China for about 30 euros.

I’m not sure there’s a big difference in quality (I imagine these sites source from China), so I wanted to know if some of you have purchased from this type of site and if you are satisfied? :)

Personally, I am looking for a battery for ACER ASPIRE 6920G.

Otherwise, what you can do is type in your computer's reference and you will surely find sites offering parts for your PC (battery, charger, motherboard, etc....)

I just want to ask if the OEM batteries (that is, compatible with several laptops) sold online are of good quality?

I also wanted to know if those coming directly from China are of good quality? And if there is a risk of counterfeit or poor quality?

Hello, honestly don't risk buying in China lol
Anyway, as they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained, so you buy and you'll see the results...
I know that for my part I bought a charger for a Canon camera battery (a counterfeit in my opinion) in China and well, it works pretty well...

Attention scam: I ordered a battery for my laptop from: www.batteries-pc-portable.fr, cheap at €25 but it doesn't work. They offer a replacement or a refund after I return it at my expense, but I have to send it back to China!!! Colissimo to China is €26.40. After exchanging emails, nothing can be done; I lost my €25. I ordered the same battery from FNAC: €60 and it works perfectly.

Hello, I have some useful information. I ordered 3 batteries and 5 chargers from note-x-paris, the chargers lasted 1 year and the batteries are poorly sized (they don't fit in their slots by a few millimeters). These are sellers who operate on eBay, some are good (sogoodeal...) others are bad, and it's hard to tell what you'll get. Avoid China in case of returns, it will cost you too much. Prefer France, Germany, or the UK, even if the origin is still China, they handle warranties.
