How to import with a Samsung SGH E350E?

Hello

I have a Samsung SGH E350E phone with the Samsung PC Studio software for PC.
The connection with the PC via infrared works correctly, but I can't import my images or videos as there is no function in this software that allows it...
I can only see my contacts and my SMS.

How can I view and import my photos and videos?
Do I need another software?

Hi. I know the discussion is a bit old. But I have the same problem as the previous person. I have a Samsung SGH E350E, the PC software, and a USB IrDA, but I can't transfer my photos. How can I do this???

For my part, I'm trying to find out how to export SMS and contacts in order to update Easy Studio to import them. Precautionary measures, of course.
I haven't found any *.mdb files that could potentially contain these two elements; they may not even be *.mdb files??
But clearly there are answers, tutorials, etc., to manage images, sounds, etc., but important data like SMS and contacts, well, who knows :'-(
Finally, if someone like me who has this information passes by here while searching for something else, thank you very much.

Hello, I downloaded the PIM & file manager 2.0 software. With it, you can transfer photos, songs, SMS, contacts, etc. I use it with a USB cable. I hope this helps you.

Is there a configuration needed on the Samsung to communicate with the PC? I have the USB cable, the PIM software, the file manager, and the drivers for XP, but I don't see the connected phone appearing

You need the cable for the D500 phone because there isn't one for the E350E; it’s compatible, and normally you connect yours to the PC, open PIM... and that's it.

I have a Samsung SGH-D520 and I would like to download PC Studio to transfer my photos to my computer. I can't find a site to download it. Does anyone have a link?

With the infrared connection, I can import photos from my phone to my PC,
however, I do not have access to the directory.
Could you please explain the procedure to display your directory
on your PC, using infrared?

I just took out my old E350e phone and luckily it still works except for a few keys!
I want to transfer all my old photos and videos to the PC but I can't find the software that was mentioned above
I wanted to know if you could help me and where you got your software to make these transfers

You just need to use the infrared link of the E350e.
To do this, download the "contact copier" software from the Samsung website.
The link can be accessed by typing "E350e" in the search section of the site.
Sometimes, you may need to try several times to synchronize the phone and the PC,
but it works.
