How to make a video with a Canon 1000D?

Hello!

I own a Canon EOS 1000D camera. I would like to make videos with it, but I don't know how to do it. I tried looking in the settings but I couldn't find anything. Can you help me?

    I searched on many forums and I found the answer (for those who are interested): this camera model cannot record videos. Higher models are required (for example, the 500D).
