Sound issue with Philips MCD288E

Hello,

I just bought a Philips MCD288E micro system. I connected it exactly as instructed, except for the TV, and I have no sound? Neither on FM nor on the CD player. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.13

    I also just acquired this chain. Not for its name either. I think I'm going to return the chain to the distributor.

    For the sound, I had the same issue. While checking my connections, I noticed that I hadn't fully inserted the plug connecting the subwoofer to the system. Now the sound is perfect.
