Mise en pause intempestive pendant navigation

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon pc portable Dell studio 17. Depuis quelque temps il se met en pause tout seul pendant que je surfe surt le net et puis il repart au bout d'un instant. J'ai donc scanné avec bit defender.Rien. puis avec Malware. Rien non plus. J'ai un DD de 5OO GO . Je pense qu'il y a un objet malveillant bien caché. J'ai fait un hijackthis que je soumet à votre appréciation
