Hello,
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.0.16 I haven't been able to add attachments to emails on Messenger for several weeks now. When I click on "Add," nothing happens, even though it used to work perfectly before. If someone has a solution to my problem, thank you.

Hello,
Go to:
Start<<then all programs or directly on C:\Windows\System32, then search for the file: cmd, (this is the command line tool in Windows).
Right-click on CMD and click on: run as administrator.
Type or copy and paste the following line:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled ;
then press enter.
After this operation, you should be able to connect to Windows Live Messenger.
(Restarting your PC is not necessary).
You just need to see OK displayed, (or already displayed), by pressing enter.
Close the command execution window, then reconnect to:
outlook, windows mail or Messenger and see.
