Bonjour,

Mon fils a un netbook avec windows xp edition familiale qui ne trouve plus de reseau sans fil et en plus a un message au demarrage jnipmo.exe à rencontrer un probleme et doit fermer puis le sablier reste

J'ai pu faire un combofix et c'est depuis qu'il n'y a plus de connexion

Pouvez-vous m'aider.

      Il est conseillé d'utiliser le CD Live Dr. Web afin de ne pas scanné en étant sur le système infecté (Ramnit en mémoire).

    Pour confirmation;car cela s'annonce mal après lecture de ce premier rapport ZHPDiag demandé par moi même ;mais comme quelqu'un d'autre avait pris ou semblait avoir pris la main.
    Je ne l'avais pas lu ;(((

    en bas de la page ZHP avec un numéro de version.

    Une fois le téléchargement achevé, dé zippe le fichier obtenu et place ZHPDiag.exe sur ton Bureau.

    Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ou Seven clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »

    Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

    Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.

    Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.

    Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien :

    Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).

    Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.

    Vérifie ceci ;même si je doutes que le problème soit là:

    Supprimer le Proxy dans Internet Explorer.
    Outils>>Options>>Connexions>>Bouton paramètres réseau>>serveur proxy(décocher utiliser un proxy...etc)

    Proxy Firefox
    OUTILS >>OPTIONS>> AVANCE, il y a un sous onglet RESEAU puis CONNEXION...à droite tu trouveras PARAMETRES...et dans paramètres, tu coches PAS DE PROXY...tu fais OK, tu fermes Firefox et ensuite tu le relances.

    As tu essayé de proceder à une connexion filaire?
