I am looking for a free software for reinforced concrete structure calculation and reinforcement that is relatively easy to use and user-friendly.
I am seeking this in the context of the humanitarian action I am carrying out with my NGO in AFRICA for training individuals in civil engineering professions (building and civil engineering works).
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0
