White screen issue on Samsung b3410

Hello,

I have had a Samsung B3410 for some time that was working perfectly until one morning when I tried to turn it on and it was nothing but a blank white screen.
I tried removing and reinserting the battery, but nothing happened; the screen goes completely white and then goes black, and no buttons or functions work. What should I do? Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance for your replies....

    I had this problem after a violent shock
    When I replugged the device the next day, the correct screen briefly returned. So I thought it was a loose connection.
    I solved the problem by disassembling and reassembling the device using the information found on the site (in English) http://www.formymobile.co.uk/b3410disassembly.php

    Required tool = precision cross screwdriver.
    Back to normal afterwards.

      I just had this problem twice in a row and I tried reconnecting my laptop to get it to turn on properly, which worked the first time but doesn’t work anymore. What should I do?
