Hello,
After formatting my PC, I cannot install my Canoscan D646 ex scanner. I have the installation CD, but when I run it, I get an error message saying that it cannot do anything without "twain." I then downloaded the drivers for my scanner from the Canon website, and I have a folder with lots of files, including the infamous twain_32.dll and twain.dll, but there is no executable file, so I don't know what to do with all of this...
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.14

No, it didn't work...
When I try to launch my scanner, it says it cannot find the source tawain. -

Sélectionnez "Installer à partir d'une liste ou d'un emplacement spécifié" et cliquez sur "Suivant". *Cliquez sur "Parcourir" et recherchez le dossier où se trouvent les fichiers twain_32.dll et twain.dll que vous avez téléchargés du site Canon.
