Decimal display issue Solved

Question

Hello,
I don't know if I'm in the right forum section, but I have a Texas Instruments -2002+ calculator and I can't find the manual anymore. I currently have a problem because my calculator is no longer displaying decimals; it rounds the calculations. Does anyone have any ideas on how to display decimals and avoid rounding? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

To retrieve the decimals, press ON/C for 3 to 5 seconds.
The TI e-2002+ calculator displays: "F-0.-2"

Then press 9 to get all the decimals (n decimals).
That's it, you have retrieved the decimals!

If you press ON/C for 3 seconds again, you will see that the point is next to the F: "F.-0-2" (press ON/C again to exit).

Note:
To avoid having decimals: ON/C for 3 sec + press "0".
To have 2 decimals: ON/C for 3 sec + press "2".

Yes, I have used this link, but I couldn't find either the manual for my TI-2002+ or another similar one that has the same function as my calculator.

As long as we're at it, here are the rest of the settings for the Texas Instruments TI e-2002+

- To set the exchange rate:

enter the value of the currency in euros (e.g. 6.55957 F)
press "set" then the yellow "note-coin" key. The calculator will always display the number and "rate".
Press the "note-coin" key again: it's set!

- To set the tax or VAT rate:

Check the rate:
Press "set" then "tax-" (or "tax recall" in yellow above): the calculator displays "tax%" and the rate: e.g. 19.6 for VAT.

If the rate is incorrect, here's how to set it:
Enter the tax percentage value: e.g. 19.6 for VAT
Press "set" then "tax+" (or "tax set" in yellow above)
The calculator displays "tax%".
Press "tax+": it's set!
