TI-College Plus Calculator Issues Solved/Closed

Hello,

I have a Texas Instruments TI-College Plus calculator, and when I type in the square root of 52, I get 3 times the square root of 15 (this is for an exercise). So I’d like to know your opinion if you have a similar problem or if you have an answer.

Hello, you have a button on your calculator to switch from scientific mode to decimal mode. Generally, it's "S arrow D" above the numbers (2nd button from the right). If it's not there, look for a button in the right column with a double arrow.

Yes, you need to use the key after the result is displayed.

Well no, it doesn't always give the same result, I shouldn't have bought this calculator, there are thousands of them and I chose the one with the most problems!!! LOL

What manipulations do you do? You type square root of 52 then press exe, the calculator displays 2 square root of 13 and then you press the conversion button once.

Yes, that's it, I type the square root of 52 and everything, and when I do the conversion and hit enter, it doesn’t change the result and I've started over several times, we never know but no, always the same result.

Do you not have a key with "aff" above the enter key?
