BIGBEN SPEAKER ISSUE

Hello,

I am having a problem with my speakers. While everything was working perfectly, the sound has deteriorated and is really not loud even though everything is turned up.

    is your problem resolved or not?
    did you change any settings?
    did you install any new software?
    can you specify your speaker model?
