Photoshop handles

Hello,
I have the same problem; the handles no longer appear!!!!
I went to window, options, clicked on options and the selection box does not appear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help!!!!!

    the same problem as who or what? :)

    I suppose you are talking about the handles to resize
    Press Ctrl + T
    maybe your image is large and you can't see them, zoom out to see if that's it

    First of all, thank you for your quick response.

    I'm afraid my problem isn't resolved. I'll try to explain myself as clearly as possible.
    When I crop an element from an image, for example, to then insert it into the doc I'm currently creating, it's that element that I can't resize. If you want, I have a background image into which I insert my cropped elements; I can resize this background image, but the elements I've embedded cannot be resized at all, the handles have disappeared, and I can't do anything.

      click on the move tool (V)
      at the top check automatic selection and transfer options
      it should appear

    Thank you very much, apparently the problem is solved, but I have another one!!!!!!!! (I'm a beginner....) I just cropped a green deck chair on a white background, then defined a selection, ctrl c, ctrl v and the whole image appeared with the deck chair taking the background color of my document (brown)!!!!! What did I forget or what mistake did I make????
    I think I will be asking for help very often, so you are not obligated to answer all my questions.
