Can someone please give me the customer service phone number for Cdiscount? It's been a long time since I ordered something from them, but as of today, I still haven't received anything. Please help me with their phone number. Thank you in advance.

I just ordered a screen, with a delivery date expected between August 5 and 6. So I stayed patiently at home waiting for my dear delivery person who didn’t come!!!! I called Cdiscount to explain my situation and they told me that the delivery wouldn't happen until the 11th!! The worst part is that I couldn't even negotiate because it was 6 PM and at 6 PM, ladies and gentlemen finish their day, so we hung up!!!!! Can't wait for Monday!!!

Better not to be bothered with a product purchased from Cdiscount (CD from now on)....... I recently bought a digital video recorder, problem: it doesn’t record!
After contacting the manufacturer's customer service, they informed me that there is indeed a problem but that since it is a case of failure upon unboxing, CDiscount is responsible for the replacement. And here comes the start of the nightmare: a call to customer service (a heavily surcharged number) which asks me to send them the email response from the manufacturer EXCEPT that CDiscount does not have an email address, so I have to send a letter. Response to the said letter (waited 8 days anyway!): thank you for providing further details; other than it being broken, I don't really know what else to say, so I call CDiscount's customer service again (and back to the surcharged number with an 8-minute wait at €0.35 a minute) which of course can't find the initial letter, and sends me back to the manufacturer...
And so on, 3 times changing representatives and apparently with no computerized tracking of the case..... until the last call where I was asked to be calm and patient "we're going to write to you"!!!!! So I'm waiting for the follow-up but one thing is for sure, this is my last purchase from CD and I urge you to look elsewhere.

It's all nonsense, the customer service at 3979 is just messing with my nerves, then they tell me the customer service number. They make me wait and I pay for nothing, as jcnad said, it's better to choose your product wisely!!!!!

a friendly person just resolved (in principle) the following issue: my father wanted to gift me the Actifry Seb fryer, he found it on CD at a very competitive price with the first order discount. The discount did not work, but we received the item on time, perfect. Except it was a TEFAL fryer and not SEB, and the instruction manual and recipe book were in Danish Finnish, unfortunately. We returned everything requesting a refund, my father's account was credited with vouchers! Today, I am promised a refund within eight days, I will keep you updated if that is not the case.

Continuation of the story of my order placed on 12/18/2010...
In the end, the package was prepared on 12/22 in the early afternoon. But it was handed over to the carrier on 12/23/2010 at 6:10 AM.
Based on all likelihood, I will not receive my order today (contrary to what the customer service had told me), but at best tomorrow on 12/24. If the carrier respects the announced deadline (given the current weather conditions, nothing is certain).

End of the episode: delivery made on 12/24 in the late morning, but I had already left to celebrate Christmas with family 700 km from home (the delivery driver dropped the package off at a neighbor's place as I requested when he called me).
In summary:
Order placed on 12/18/2010 => Delivery expected between 12/21 and 12/22/2010 => Delivery made on 12/24 (we've seen worse delivery delays... like mathilde08, for example.)
- "talkative" customer service, premium rate call.
+ the best price I could find for this product (PEWAG snow chains).

I contacted the Cd discount service at 0557144500 (I hope it's not a premium rate number; in any case, I didn't receive that information). I spoke with a representative who provided good information. (My order has been assigned a return number since 12/22/2010 due to a malfunction the day after it was turned on. As of today, 12/29/2010, having received no news from the carrier who was supposed to pick up my faulty television, I called Cd discount. The woman told me she was following up with the carrier. I then asked her if they would directly bring me a new television in exchange, and she said they would first collect this one and I would later receive a new television to pick up at the collection point as with the first one. Given this situation, I preferred to request a refund, which should be processed without any further action on my part.
This is the first time I've been disappointed with this site, but I think I won't be purchasing such an item by mail order anytime soon.

I am looking for a way to contact Cdiscount customer service by email.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered between December 15 and 16. Not having received any news today, I checked my account and realized that my order has only been in preparation since the 15th.
Moreover, it now indicates delivery between December 22 and 24.
Like many of us, these are gifts for Christmas, and I would have refrained from ordering from the site had I been informed of this delay.

As a result, I am in my customer area where the link "my order has not been shipped" indicates, "Your order has not been shipped to date. However, the delay we announced during your purchases has not been exceeded."
Who do they think they are kidding???

And they call this an online customer service!!!
On one hand, the deadline IS NOT RESPECTED, as the now announced delay is entirely different from the one stated at the time of the order, and on the other hand, we cannot reach anyone for free by email in case of a dispute!!!

This is a web of lies!!! It's not just the prices that are discounted!!!

Even today's announcement is misleading. If someone orders now, here's the message they are entitled to:
GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS
IN STOCK
Delivered between 20/12/2010 and 21/12/2010

A quick email to DGCCRF will surely shake them up!!!!

Even the registration for the forum is suspicious! Did you notice the questions? They are only about issues!

So if anyone has a direct email address to share with me... Although I think my request is in vain, given how this is starting.

I have the same issue as you, Angel, my order was supposed to arrive between December 15 and 17 but still nothing.
Furthermore, in my customer area, I am quite worried because it says that my order is still being prepared.
I tried to call the number 05 mentioned above but got no answer.

Well...
Order shipped since the 20th, after days of preparation... Order expected between today and the 24th. Passing by the pick-up point today, I stop by, just in case, you never know. The seller tells me that my delivery is scheduled for the 26th and that they will refuse it because they are no longer partners!!!
I call 3979 (which costs an arm and a leg) and there they tell me to reassure myself, my package will be delivered before Christmas, on time. I explain to the advisor that they are already past the deadline, the advisor doesn’t even acknowledge it and continues with her “don’t worry”.
I ask her where my package will be delivered, she replies “to your pick-up point”, I explain again that the pick-up point is no longer a partner, she asks me “are they closed?”
I was already annoyed, and now it’s the last straw!! I explain to her for the third time saying that they will never receive packages for them again, she says “I’ll send you an email with the new address”, I ask her if she can give it to me now, she replies that it’s impossible.
So I ended up telling her that I was waiting for her email, that I had wanted to anticipate in order to receive my package on time, and that I would make an effort waiting for an additional 48 hours maximum, but that if by the 24th I have nothing, I would call them and this time I wouldn’t keep the calm that I had shown today despite the circumstances.

And if there’s no “Happy End,” it will be the consumers' association's fault, which I have already alerted, and DGCCRF!!

I agree with angel80 in these remarks, I just called them, and as usual, you need a decoder to understand what they're saying, and they can't say anything other than "the package has been handed over to the carrier"! What will happen if we don't receive anything tomorrow, Christmas will be ruined, especially since I spent 250 euros with them for Christmas! This is unacceptable, a little snow and everything is disrupted, and it's millions of French people who are suffering because of this!

You need to be smarter, discounts outside of the holidays can sometimes take 3 weeks to deliver, so ordering in December for Christmas...

Sorry, but websites that claim to deliver on time for Christmas need to take responsibility. I had to order a product from Korea because it was out of stock everywhere in France at the end of October. I waited to see if the stock would be replenished... nothing. So, at the beginning of December, I ordered from Korea thinking "my kid won't be disappointed if it arrives a few days late" (because of the two-week delivery time). Well, I received them three days before Christmas!!! So, there are simply some serious sellers and others that are not. Therefore, your honesty is unwarranted... and often we pay 30 to 40% less when December is underway... you must just have more resources than others then.

Order placed on 18/12/2010, validated and debited the same day.
I chose the express delivery "24H at my home TNT", with a delivery date expected between 21 and 22/12/2010. It is now 22/12 and the order has still not shipped.
Called 3979 => after 5 minutes of waiting, it hung up!
Called 0557144500 => I let it ring for a long time, it picks up, the representative tells me they do not handle customer inquiries and transfers me to customer service (where there is no announcement that the call will be charged €1.34 + €0.34 per minute). After a minute of waiting, it picks up, a nice advisor with a strong accent (long live outsourcing) reassures me by saying that my order will be shipped today and that I will receive it tomorrow.
The next update tomorrow ...

They are not serious and are taking advantage of their discounted prices. After validating my order, three days later, they canceled it. After about twenty expensive calls, the collection service justified the reason as an unpaid account from someone at my address. The irony is that I live in a 17-story building. No matter how much I explain to them, they told me they would send me an email, and I've received nothing. They are playing with our nerves. They are in Tunisia and either mock or hang up on us. I am going to report them to the consumer service and see Amazon, which is number one for their quality, reliability, and respect for delivery deadlines. Cdiscount treats us like cash cows.

CDISCOUNT "the leader in e-commerce in France"..... sure, they are TOP for sales.... but as for customer service, there's nothing worse. You call the premium rate customer service number and you find yourself on a platform in North Africa where they promise to get back to you within 48 to 72 hours MAXIMUM...... and thus begins a long, long, long wait!!!!!!
IMPORTANT !!! don't forget to call back regularly, (with an average wait time of 10 to 18 minutes at a cost of 6 cents per minute by the way) otherwise you will be forgotten.
After ten days of waiting, four calls, still no news!!!!!
NOT SERIOUS!!!! AVOID.....

I also just contacted this customer service number from Cdiscount, but I admit I had a hard time understanding my correspondent... yet I got through quickly! I am waiting to see the follow-up on my file which concerned a delivery delay. The person was polite but apparently was just "reciting" a text learned by heart; I'm afraid I will have to call back often to get compensation for my loss! Finally, thanks to your site, I avoided the premium number 3979, thanks to the internet users.
