Problem sources with utorrent!!

Hello,
I've been using uTorrent for a short time, having previously been a BitTorrent user, and I find myself facing an issue that's unfamiliar to me:
I have over 1000 sources (in parentheses) for all my downloads, but I'm not connected to any sources...
It shows like this: for example: 0(1154) next to my downloads...
What should I do??

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 534.3

    It probably comes from your ports; check the bottom of µTorrent for any yellow triangle, red circle, or green arrow.

    Try to open your ports

    Otherwise, some download sites require registration; check if you are not trying to download a private torrent.

      I'm downloading via torrent 411, member and connected..
      what does it mean to open ports?
      I changed it to a random port but nothing has changed..
      I also modified the limitation settings by adding 0s here and there but nothing works..

      Do you think there’s a problem with the ratio on this site??
      Even though I don’t exactly know what it is, I can see that I’m downloading a lot more than I’m sharing with a ratio of 0.12.....
      What’s your opinion?

      Indeed, I just read in the rules of this site that my ratio should be 0.75... in my opinion, the problem comes from there... ouch ouch ouch I'm too good, I solve my problems almost alone!! So now, new problem: not understanding why it wasn't working I uninstalled BitTorrent to install uTorrent and therefore the files I could share to increase my ratio are no longer attached to uTorrent and I'm no longer sharing anything and I'm unable to download... what should I do??
      If I share torrents taken from other sites, will that increase my ratio on torrent 411??
