Asus NvCpl.dll Startup Issue. Solved/Closed

Hello,

A few months ago, I bought an Asus on a flash sale online. Bad idea: the webcam was soldered upside down, and worse, there was a problem with the BIOS that required updates. I had to send it back for repair, and now that I've received it, here's what appeared when I turned it on:

(Run DLL)
Problem starting C:\Windows\system32\NvCpl.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Is there something I can do to fix it? Or will I have to send it back again?

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 533.17.8

Right-click on Computer, Properties, check in System. For --> 32 bits For --> 64 bits Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

Hello, Go to the manufacturer's website and update the graphics card. What's the model of the card, nvidia.... ? Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

Thank you for all these tips, I'm going to try.  However, I can't find out whether I have Windows 7 32 or 64 bits? My PC is an Asus X5DIN :)

Well... Thank you for trying to help me. I felt like it was working, but it seems that the problem is ultimately much deeper than that. I am getting blue screens again with the PC rebooting.
I'm going to send it back for repair; that's the best thing to do. Thanks again.

Uninstall the driver, download this dll --> nvcpl.dll and place it in: C\windows\system32. Then go to start, all programs, accessories, right-click on run, choose run as administrator and confirm, type:
regsvr32 nvcpl.dll and OK. After that, try to install the driver with another version:
For 32 bits --> 186.81
For 64 bits --> 186.81

That's nice but I can't even. Just trying to turn it off gave me a blue screen, I had to do it in safe mode.
I'm going to call customer service. It was their job after all :)
