Hello,
I want to reinstall my Acer Aspire 9413 laptop to factory settings using Acer Empowering Technology.
After several attempts because I couldn't remember my password, I managed to start the reinstallation. After a certain time, my PC turned off; I don’t know why, but it powered off, and when I tried to restart it, I got an error message saying that the reinstallation was not completed correctly and that I need to restart the PC and try again.
The problem is that Windows won't start, and this message appears every time.
When I press "alt+F10" during the boot process, I launch Acer Empowering Technology and request to restore factory default settings, except when I need to enter the password, I get told that it is incorrect...
What should I do to resolve this? Thank you for your help.
