Hello everyone,
I just joined a company as the IT manager. When trying to access the Sage Gestion Commercial line 100 system v11.00, I get a small window that says: Invalid password. So the former administrator of the system changed the admin password before leaving!!
Please, I would really appreciate your help to resolve this issue, either by resetting the admin password, using brute force or any other means to gain access to the password change menu.

PS: I contacted the Sage software supplier. They are charging me a reinstallation fee of 170 euros!!!

Good luck with that.
You have to decompile the kernel to remove the password and then recompile the executable. It’s quite complex. Or, as you mentioned earlier, you can give a certain amount to the company that provided the software, but hey, you’re the IT manager, you should know how to do this, right???
