I'm going to Italy and I need to call the owner upon my arrival so that he can come and open the apartment. How many digits does a mobile phone number have? Is there a prefix? I have 10 digits.
Can you give me an example?

Yes, with your mobile phone, it's the same...

You can save the Italian number in international format in your contacts. In that case, you don't put 00 but + followed by the Italian number (possibly without the initial 0). For example:
