last night, I received a call at 4 a.m., and there was talking, at least, some hellos in English.
At 4 a.m., I didn't want to answer, but I would like to know what region this number could be from

I received it on my cellphone, and please, I want to know where this guy is from!

Re  Actually, the first 2 digits form the phone country code.  For example, for France, it's +33.  For Italy, it's +39.  So in the end, it gives you: 39 XX XX XX XX XX  See you later! :) --  Dogfriend
