Hello,
no matter how many times I delete it and remove the deleted messages, it keeps coming back repeatedly and in multiple copies. My inbox is blocked.

You can try to rebuild the associated mailbox:
- click on it once to select it
- menu "MAIL -> Rebuild"
If that doesn't fix anything, then use your web browser to go to the site associated with the mailbox.
Example 1: if the email concerns your address xxx@sfr.fr then go to the SFR website.
Example 2: if the email concerns your address xxx@gmail.fr then go to the GMail website.
Then log in to the site and access your mailbox and delete the message that is causing you problems.
In the Mail application, check this:
Open the menu: "Mail -> Preferences... -> Accounts ".
Select the account that is causing you trouble.
Open the "Advanced" tab.
Check the option "After retrieval, delete the copy from the server:".
Choose for example "one week" or "one day" or ...
