eradiquer trojan ifhelper

bonjour,mon pc est bloque et en faisant divers scan en ligne voici la bebetec:/windows/systeme32/ifhelper.dllcomment faire pour virer cette merde !!

Salut démarre en mode sans échec : Allume ton pc et appui sans cesse sur F5 ou F8 juska quand un écran noir avec des écritures blanche apparaise. Ensuite tu choisis le mode sans échec avec réseau pris en charge. Voila maintenant tu peux supprime ce fichier manuelement : ifhelper.dll  à partir du dossier que tu las trouvé (c:/windows/systeme32/ifhelper.dll )

Bonjour,
Voici la dernière analyse d'antivir, quelqu'un peut-il me dire si ces deux fichiers qui ne peuvent être scannés sont dangereux, ce que je dois faire et si je peux sans risque me servir de ma carte bancaire sur mon ordi?
sachant qu'avec d'autres antivirus j'ai trouvé zlob,systeme32\ifhelper, cela semble résolu mais j'ai peut-être commis des dommages collatéraux en tatonnant!
