I believe there should be 260 if it hasn't changed, and downloading is available from a PSP as well (thanks to the RSS feeds video)!

Hi, I don’t know if you’ve already found the perfect fit, but if you're still looking to download the episodes of Bleach, there’s the website http://www.bleachweb.com/index.html. Go to the Anime section in the left column, then click on the latest episodes, and there you go.
After that, I don’t know if you want all the episodes; if so, just type "bleach episode (whichever you want) download" into Google, and you’ll generally find plenty of links to download. So, I hope I was able to help, unless you’ve already been helped; if that’s the case, great.

You can go on Crunchyroll, it will save you from downloading them ;)

As for the manga, I really enjoyed Bleach. It's a very entertaining series that combines elements of fantasy and science fiction with a touch of humor.
