Hello, when I uninstalled my 'Olitec USB ADSL' modem to replace it with a 'liveBox', I first uninstalled the driver, then deleted all files containing the name 'Olitec'. I then wanted to delete the registry keys related to 'Olitec' using the 'search' function of 'RegSeeker', and I noticed that after deleting them, they reappeared after a new scan.
So I tried to manually delete the relevant values in those keys using regedit, but I keep getting the message: Error deleting values
Unable to delete all specified values.
I do have the permissions, and I have previously deleted certain values without any problem.
What could be the function that prevents this deletion?
Are there other things to check beforehand?
Thank you for any suggestions, Emile

Finally, I was able to remove it in safe mode.
Furthermore, in the properties, it turns out that the real name of the file is: 'noopexe-replaces spyware executables' and was created by 'SpyCather' which must have mistaken the original file 'UNWISE.EXE' for spyware and made its content non-executable.
I believe this file should normally uninstall the program it originated from.
The other programs that also contain a file 'UNWISE.EXE' indicate in the properties a 'real' 'UNWISE.EXE'.
Thank you for the response, Emile
