Analyse hijackthis

Bonjour,
j'ai un probleme de pubs intempestives quand je vais sur internet. On m'a conseillé d'utiliser hijack mais je ne suis pas capable de l'analyser. Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider SVP ?
