Where to find Dratini in Diamond Closed

Hello,   Where is Dratini in the Crowned Mountain because when I fish I see Gyarados and Barboach  Thank you in advance

If I remember correctly, you need to go to the crowned mountain and look for the place where there is a waterfall. As soon as you find this spot, use Surf and then take your Super Rod (that's the only way you'll get a Dratini).

Especially, I am talking about diamond  and there is no waterfall in the crowned mountain.

If I previously had the Diamond game and I had also captured a Dratini.
For the waterfall, you have to climb Mount Coronet until you reach a place where it snows. Then find the small cave where the waterfall is located.
