How to get noctowl in pokemon platinum?

Hello,
I would like to know how to find Noctali in Pokémon Platinum version!!!!!
I have the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection but I don't have the Pokémon they want to trade for Noctali. Is there any other way to get Noctali?

To obtain an Espeon, you need to have an Eevee. You can find one at the mansion next to Unionpolis, but you need the national Pokédex. However, you can easily get a free Eevee: you see the house next to the Pokémon Center in Unionpolis, where the creator of Pokémon boxes is. Talk to her once to discover it, then go out and make room in your team. Go back to her and she will tell you that she has a friend with some Eevees. She will give you one. Then, to get an Espeon, Eevee must love you and you need to level it up after about 20 hours. Do the same thing during the day to get an Umbreon. To get others, import a Ditto or look for one next to Bonville. Then place it in the daycare with your: Eevee or Espeon or Umbreon or Flareon or Vaporeon or Jolteon or Leafeon or Glaceon. Wait a bit and an egg will appear, hatch it and you will have a nice surprise!!!!
