How to get a map in the Poké Gear?

Hello, I can't find the map function for my Pokétch, so please tell me where to go, thank you....
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Go to Féli-Cité, then turn left as if you were heading to JoliBerges. You'll see the building of the TV station, keep going left and you'll see another building with flags. Talk to the guy (big, mustache, brown hair) he will give you the software! There you go ;)
