Bonjour,
En allant sur sa messagerie hotmail, ma compagne a eu des message d'antivir sur son portable disant que l'ordinateur était infecté par HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen - Malware.
J'ai constaté les mêmes message sur ma tour.
Les deux ordis sont équipés avec windows vista, antivir et utilisent le pare-feu windows. Ils partagent un même réseau internet, et certains fichiers de la tour (localisés sur la partition D: allouée aux données uniquement) ; il se peut que des clés usb aient voyagé entre les deux.
J'ai fait tourner antivir sur les 2 ordis pour supprimer les fichiers infectés, et ensuite Ccleaner pour enlever les clés de registre... le problème subsiste, mais antivi ne détecte plus rien.

Tout d'abord sur le PC où tu as eu l'alerte de l'antivirus, on va l'analyser:
Télécharge ZHPDiag (de Nicolas Coolman) sur ton bureau
https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html
Une fois le téléchargement achevé, double clique sur ZHPDiag.exe et suis les instructions.
/!\Utilisateurs de Vista et Windows 7 : Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPDiag.exe, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur »
N'oublie pas de cocher la case qui permet de mettre un raccourci sur le Bureau.
- Double clique sur le raccourci ZHPDiag sur ton Bureau pour le lancer.
(/!\L'outil a créé 2 icônes ZHPDiag et ZHPFix)
- Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
- Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.
- Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.
- Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/
- Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).
- Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.
- Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".
- Un lien de cette forme : http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200905/cijSKAP5fU.txt est ajouté dans la page.
- Copie ce lien dans ta réponse.

je suppose que tu parles du pc qui a émis la première alerte (le portable). Voici

Ton rapport montre rien de particulier à part des mises à jour à faire. Le virus a dû être mis en quarantaine par ton anti-virus. Vide cette quarantaine.

Si les fichiers détectés sont supprimés et qu'ils ne reviennent pas, cela semble donc bon pour toi.
Reste plus qu'à dévéroler le second.

Je vérifierai encore en rentrant ce soir, mais hier après "dévérolage", les avertissements antivir continuaient dès que j'allais sur hotmail...et ce sur les 2 ordis.
Selon toi, il reste un problème, ou il n'y a plus rien et je devrais passer à avast?

J'ai testé les 2 ordis ce soir en allant sur hotmail : même scenario, à savoir 1 ou 2 derniers avertissements d'antivir pour dire que la page html contient un script du type html\infected.webpage.gen. puis plus rien, même en se déconnectant de hotmail et en se reconnectant. Depuis, plus rien! Bizarre. Peut-être que je l'ai fait trop vite au démarrage avant qu'antivir n'ait fait ses mises à jour.
Je suis safe maintenant, ou il faut entreprendre une action supplémentaire?
