Problème irréparable... Que faire ?Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,


Je cherche une personne ayant déjà eu ce problème ou sachant comment y remédier.

Lors de l'installation de MBAM, une succession d'erreur apparait que dois-je faire car par la suite MBAM ne s'execute pas et fonctionne donc pas.


Voici la liste d'erreurs :

Lors de l'installation, ça me marque :

MBAM_ERROR_EXPANDING_VARIABLES (0,9)

le chemin d'accès spécifié est introuvable.

Ensuite ça me met mon anti-malware à jour et juste après on m'affiche :

MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE(3,0)

le chemin d'accès spécifié est introuvable.

Juste après une autre fenêtre s'affiche m'affichant :

MBAM_ERROR_MISSING_FILE(3,0, mbamswissarmy.sys)

Le chemin d'accès spécifié est introuvable.

J'ai déjà téléchargé mbam-clean.exe avec le bon lien ainsi que j'ai exécuté le logiciel superantispyware mais aucun résultat.


Un autre spécialiste m'a dit d'installer un programme de désinstallation appeler RevoUninstaller mais aucun résultat

Si vous connaissez des solutions à mon problème aidez moi. 

Problème déjà examiné par trois spécialistes de ce site ... et aucun résultat .

Bonjour , 

Peu etre que c'est ton infection qui bloque l'installation du programme .
Tu as essayé de l'installer en mode sans echec ?

Ou essayé de passez un coup avec Ad-Remover avant d'essayé d'installer Mbam ?

Pas encore, pourrais-je avoir les liens d'installation de MBAM vu que je l'ai supprimé tellement j'en avais marre et d'ad remover.

j'ai lu ton premier poste lié à une infection Rootkit, pris en charge par Narco!4 avec Genproc qui n'est plus en ligne. 

puis le deuxième avec Juju666, en formation ! 
puis celui ci. 
je pense que tu as toujours une infection sur ton pc vu que la désinfection n'a pas été achevé  !!! 


* Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau : 

https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/zhpdiag.html  

* Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation, il se lancera automatiquement à la fin.  

/!\Utilisateur de Vista et Seven : Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPdiag, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur » 

* Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic »)  
* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette  
* Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur Cijoint, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum :

supprime spybot de ton pc.

lance mbam-clean.exe,

puis résinstalle le, il y a une grande chance que ça soit spybot qui l'empeche de s'installer !!!

spybot empeche l'inscription dans la base de registre,
MBAM cleaner supprime le restant de MBAM non insyallé qui empecherait l'installation d'une nouvelle copie !

il vaut mieu tout virer et recommencer  :-)

c'est mathématiquement logique  :-)

j'ai déja désinstallé spybot, lancer mbam-clean et installer MBAM grâce au site de l'éditeur mais toujours rien ...

DESACTIVE TON ANTIVIRUS ET TON PAREFEU SI PRESENTS !!!!!(car il est detecté a tort comme infection) 

? Télécharge List_Kill'em 

et enregistre le sur ton bureau 

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation 

Laisse coché : 

? Executer Shortcut 
? Executer List_Kill'em 

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul 

choisis l'option Search 

? laisse travailler l'outil 

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué. 

? Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

? Relance List_Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista/7),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau. 
mais cette fois-ci : 

? choisis l'Option Clean 

ton PC va redemarrer, 

laisse travailler l'outil. 

en fin de scan la fenetre se ferme , et tu as un rapport du nom de Kill'em.txt sur ton bureau , 

? colle le contenu dans ta reponse

* Lance ZHPFix (soit via le raccourci sur ton Bureau, soit via ZHPDiag en cliquant sur l'écusson vert) 
Clique sur l'icone représentant la lettre H (« coller les lignes Helper ») 
Copie/colle les lignes suivantes en gras et place les dans ZHPFix :

Je viens de l'essayer, toujours les mêmes erreurs désolé d'avoir un pc pourrit.


Sinon  maintenant passons aux choses sérieuses, je vais tout te détailler peut être tu sauras le problèmes, 


Mon pc détient la version windows seven, à jour grâce à personal spftware inspector (Psi), et updatechecker by filehippo, antivirus avira, parefeu comodo et Ccleaner ainsi que le logiciel hp support pour le nettoyage défragmentation etc.


Je nettoie souvent mon pc aussi avec Ccleaner nettoyage registres.


Alors tu as trouvé une solution avec tout ça :D

Télécharger DDS  et enregistrez-le sur votre bureau

 Désactivez tout bloqueur de script si votre Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware dont il dispose.
Une fois téléchargé, vous pouvez vous déconnecter d'Internet et de désactiver votre Ant-Virus temporairement si nécessaire.
Puis cliquez sur double dds.scr pour exécuter l'outil.
Une fois terminé, le DDS.txt est ouvert.
Cliquez Oui à l'invite suivante pour option de numérisation.

Une fois terminé, DDS est ouvert deux (2) journaux:
         1. DDS.txt DDS.txt
         2. Attach.txt Attach.txt 

    * Enregistrez les deux rapports sur votre bureau
    * S'il vous plaît inclure les journaux suivants dans votre réponse suivante: DDS.txt et Attach.txt

Je pense que le faite d'exécuter ce programme ne me fera pas fonctionner MBAM, de tout facon l'erreur vient de l'éditeur et non du client c'est tout ce que je voulais savoir.
