Is the Spanish stamp valid in France?

Hello,

I have a mega silly question but here it goes!
I live in Spain and I need to send my registration file for a master's program (in French) for the upcoming term. This same file needs to include a C4 envelope, so far so good, and a STAMP.
The question is: if I buy a stamp here, will it not be valid from France to France???
Or is it possible to buy a French stamp in Spain???

Such ridiculous questions... What do I know, and after all it's Europe right? If the ID and driver's license work, why not A STAMP.

    Sorry to answer your question with another question: but why do you say it won't be valid "from France to France"?? Since the stamped envelope for the return that we're asking you to send will be sent from France to your home in Spain?? I don't understand....

    Hello,

    When you buy a postage stamp in a country, the location for mailing the postage-paid mail with that stamp must be in that same country.

    There is a solution if you want to pay for the shipping of a standard letter coming from another country: use an international reply coupon (available at post offices) and send it to your correspondent. With this reply coupon, they will be able to pay the postage for a standard letter going anywhere in the world, typically by purchasing the appropriate stamp.

    Yes, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I'll be moving back to France in September...
    That's a really "dumb" question, but still, in this case, it would be helpful to have the answer. The deadline for returning registrations is 2/07. Until then, I can definitely ask for a French stamp to be sent to me, but just out of curiosity, any answer is welcome!

    This morning at the post office, I was told that international return coupons no longer exist.
    On the post office's online shop, the coupon still exists, with a nice picture of a specimen, but it is no longer for sale.
