I can't receive RTL 9 and AB1 anymore.

Hello,

I haven't been able to receive these 2 channels for a week, am I the only one?
My Freebox is 1 month old, so I don't know the origin of the problem

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.5.9

    Good evening,

    same issue for the solution

    go to RTL9 and you will see the two blue banners

    go to the "VIDEO MODE" tab
    you have three options AUTO, LOW BITRATE, STANDARD

    choose standard
    and like magic the image will return

    do the same for AB1

      I forgot an important detail

      when you are on the channel concerned by the black screen,
      to find VIDEO MODE you need to press the INFO button on the Free remote control.

    Same here, RTL9, AB1, TMC, NT1, black screens for several days. I saw on the forums that it's quite a general outage.
    The difference is that I have Alice, is there a similar procedure to retrieve these channels?

      These 4 channels came back on their own after a week, thanks to Free for this kind of interruptions, no explanation, this is not the first time and it won't be the last...
