Hello,
I hope to find some help from you today because I can no longer watch videos on sites like M6 Replay, W9, or tf1.fr and I can't find the solution myself.
I don't understand because just a few weeks ago it was working perfectly.
Now when I want to watch something, nothing happens. Either there are ads before the program which I can see very well, but then nothing, or the "cursor" (not sure about the name!) keeps spinning for hours for loading, but then nothing happens.
Do you have THE solution please??
It would be very kind of you to spend a bit of your time so that I can watch missed programs again ^^ thank you.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.6

Good evening mpuissance4,
I forgot to mention earlier that I actually tried to do this first, but here’s what appears once the download is finished:

I can't manage to update it, is there any other solution to update it? If the problem comes from there...

Here it is.
I uninstalled everything, ran Ccleaner, restarted, and then reinstalled from your link.
This time, the installation was successful ^^
However, I just tried and I still can't watch the videos... but maybe that's normal?

And you will check this later with this http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/firefox/customize/</code>

What should I check? I end up on a page like this:

http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj201007/cijjIQNA5Y.jpg

What am I supposed to do or see, please? ^^

Sorry, that's not the right link; I wanted to give you the modules. Which ones do you want?

Hello mpuissance4, or others who can help me with the assistance I need ^^,
mpuissance4 I hope you'll come quickly to provide answers to my questions??
right now I don't know what I should do or reinstall?
also I don't know if this is related or not but my computer is now really slow!
frankly, it's impossible, I have to wait for long minutes after each click and it's really more than annoying...
thank you in advance.

Hello, Firefox has probably crashed.

Download this http://www.mozilla-europe.org/fr/firefox/ and do not install it.
Uninstall Firefox with CCleaner.

Restart and reinstall it.

Hello,
thank you for your quick message.
I uninstalled Firefox with Ccleaner, restarted, and reinstalled it. Thank you.
I don't see much improvement; maybe it takes time to notice the difference?
Or is it also because today I ran Ccleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avira that it has become slow?
But if that's the case, the slowness shouldn't have disappeared upon restart?
Otherwise, shouldn't we reinstall everything you had me uninstall the other day?
I still can't watch videos...

Yes, yes, uninstall everything and then update your computer.

Should I uninstall everything? ^^ What are you talking about, please?
The other day I uninstalled: adobe AIR (30.6 MB) + adobe community help (2.51 MB) + adobe download man... (484 KB) + adobe reader 9.3.3 (215 MB)

Then I only reinstalled this: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?loc=fr

And now, earlier, I successfully uninstalled Firefox with CCleaner and then reinstalled it from your link after restarting the computer.

So now I don’t know what you want me to uninstall?

Ah well, it's good, but with the storms, it's glitching. I was on the other message.

bebette47 Posted messages 125 Status Membre 1

Oh, okay! :) I wasn't understanding anymore.
Well, then I'm not worried about the slowness that must be coming from the storms, I'll be patient...

But regarding all the "adobes" that I uninstalled the other day, shouldn't I reinstall them now? Do I need them?

Unless the fact that I still can't watch videos is also due to the storms?

Do you have Java updated too? And does your video work?
0
bebette47 Posted messages 125 Status Membre 1

Java is up to date, yes, I just checked, and it tells me that "I have the latest version on this system"

however, no, the videos still don't work.

Yes, that works. It's not normal that it doesn't work for you.

:( It annoys me...
Well, I don't know what to do, especially since I don't know anything about computers.
I do have everything I need for it to work properly, right??

Hmm, you should have it checked for viruses or something.
Open a thread and ask for a virus check?
It also blocks it otherwise, see you later.

Because in my programs and features, I have: adobe AIR (30.6 MB)
adobe community help (2.51 MB)
adobe download manager (484 KB)
adobe reader 9.3.3 (215 MB)

Thank you

I couldn't reply to you earlier, I'm sorry.

To be honest, I have no idea at all ^^
I don't know anything about computers, so I don't know what I need??!

Is that why these modules? To be able to watch the videos again?
Thank you.

Thank you.

I downloaded the first one successfully, but for the second one, they're talking about a server, so I don't know where to click at all :/

The videos still aren't working on the sites I usually go to, is that normal???

Should we reinstall what you made me uninstall first?
