Non, toujours pas.

L'icône "Récupération" dans le panneau de configuration ne réagit pas

et dans les propriétés système, l'onglet n'existe pas (pourtant je suis sur qu'il était présent y'a quelques jours)

Même avec le compte admin, je ne peux rien faire.

est ce que à part ton restauration système, ton géstionnaire de taches et l'uac son désactivé aussi ?
