Hello,    Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 532.5 hi everyone I would like someone to tell me how to write a slanted text in Word? Thanks. Note that this is not italic writing, but slanted writing like it's done in Excel... I was told it's special paste but I don't understand.

Hello,  For those who are still interested, it is possible to write in italics in "Insert", "Shapes", "Basic Shapes" by clicking on "Text Box". Just write in the text box and then tilt it using the little green circle at the top.  P.S.: If a black outline appears around the tilted text, you can remove it in "Format", "Shape Outline" by selecting the color white.

Hello,  I had a hard time understanding what you meant, but I get it now: you want your text to be vertical, right?  1° For that, you need to be in a table (but you can hide the border lines!). Write your word, then go to your toolbar, right-click, and check Table and Borders. Then, select your word or group of words and click on the icon made up of two arrows and the letter A (you'll recognize it!). Your text will turn vertical and you can rotate it.  2° You can also use WordArt (Insert/Picture/WordArt) or something like that because I'm using Word 2000 and it might be different in 2007?

Good evening,  You cannot tilt text in Word. The table only makes right angles.  You can do it with WordArt, if you're okay with the style, or by converting the text into an image. Copy the text / paste special as Windows metafile or enhanced metafile and then you can tilt it. Alternatively, you can go through PowerPoint, if you have it, which does that very well and then paste it into Word.  Argitxu
