How to close a dialog box

Hello,

I tried to open a pst format file with Outlook 2010 but I'm getting a message saying "a dialog box is open, close this box and try again."

Where is this dialog box located and how can I close it?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
The dialog box is probably hidden behind other windows. Minimize them by clicking on _ at the top left. When the box appears, hold down the Alt key and press F4.
