I want to buy an iTouch and I found a website that has quite a few discounts, and I wanted to know if it’s not a scam... the site is called SOLDEUR DU NET.COM. Thanks in advance...

Hello, I ordered from soldeur du net: huge disappointment I ordered on July 15, 2010 I called them on the 21st because I hadn't received my delivery and surprise for the response the package was shipped the next day because the postman had come too early it is now July 23 and still no delivery meanwhile the invoice has been cashed I won't be ordering from them again!! Good evening everyone

Did you receive your package because I also ordered from them & I'm starting to worry, especially since the total amount was €350 which is quite expensive if I don't get delivered...

not merchants at all "Net seller" sorry but they sell equipment that doesn't work without genuinely caring about after-sales service afterwards, they pretend or rather pass the buck! as for any commercial gesture... don't hold your breath! anyway SDN ...... "little ones"!

I ordered from them and paid for a PS4 game, it was supposedly delivered on that day but nothing. The conversation with the online support is like a cat chasing its tail.

For them, delivery means nothing to do, unacceptable. On top of that, they tell you that you chose a standard shipping method, a nice scam on purpose because no other shipping method is offered through Cdiscount for this supplier. So right from the start, we’re not sure we’ll receive it and they shift all responsibility supposedly onto an investigation.

Blablabla...... In the meantime, no game and no refund, this Christmas gift is going to cost me dearly this year.

It's 2023 and the same problems persist. I ordered the same game and like you, it never arrived. They refunded me for the product without me asking, but as for the shipping costs, I'm still waiting, which is 17% of the total amount.

In short, this seller should be avoided.

Hello, same for me, PS4 game ordered on December 16th, shipping costs for tracking were 9 euros and some, supposedly to be delivered between December 19th and 24th, today it says between the 29th and the 26th, we are on the 28th and it’s marked as being prepared.

Anyway, scammers.

Hello, I ordered an Xbox Series game and I still don't have my order. They are not responding and there is no tracking number for the delivery; it just says shipped and Cdiscount is telling me to wait another 48 hours.

Hello, I have the same problem. I ordered a PS4 game a month ago and still no game. Internet discount stores to avoid; they don’t meet their deadlines and aren’t even able to keep you updated on the delivery.
