Connection issue on jecontacte website

Good evening, I have a problem on another dating site that I know well, which is called JeContacte, where I registered in February 2010. So far, the JeContacte dating site is functioning, but now we are in May and I would like to know if there are any people in this forum who have the same problem as me when trying to log in to the JeContacte site. The problem is that on the JeContacte site, I have my username and password, and when I click on login, I cannot connect. Also, when I go to recover my login information using the "forgot password" option on the JeContacte site by entering my username or email address, and when I click on retrieve my information, an error message appears: > error: we could not find an account with the information provided.

Hello,
Your account has been deleted just like that. You need to create another one with a different email address.

Same here, and I didn’t understand anything, no hassle or anything, the account has actually been deleted!

I would like to know how this can happen since it’s not just blocked!

Does your account work now? Because I'm having the same problem as you and I can't connect even though I'm newly registered, and right from the first attempt to chat, it asks me to identify myself despite having done so. If your account works, let me know how you got it to work; otherwise, we will both wait for a response.
