Hello,
I just checked my iPhone calendar. I noticed that my appointments before the month of April (February, March, etc.) no longer exist. Is this normal? Does the calendar automatically delete old data? In my case, the data before the month of April is automatically deleted. I've had my iPhone since February and had entered appointments in the calendar since February, but now they are no longer there (the months of March and February). Only the appointments for April and May are appearing. Please let me know if this is normal or if we can keep the appointments from all previous months.

Hello,
You can set this duration in the iPhone settings.
Go to Settings, then to Mail, Contacts / Calendars... then Calendar / Sync..
The duration ranges from the last 2 weeks to the last 6 months, or "All events" to keep everything.
Best regards
