Here is the translation:
"Here, I wanted to install a FireWire card on my PC. When I turned the PC back on, it got stuck. The power indicator on the PC stays orange, while it is usually yellow. The keyboard, the screen, and the mouse do not turn on. I removed the card, but I still have the same issue. Can someone help me please?
Configuration: XP HOME"

Good evening,
Without reinstalling your firewire card, you can try completely unplugging the PC (remove the 220 plug), then turn it back on (you need to wait 1 or 2 minutes for the capacitors to discharge....).
If it does the same thing, you might want to check your power supply.
For that, you need to disassemble and check if it still starts: to do this, you need to unplug the large connector on the motherboard and use a paper clip (or any metal object) to short-circuit between the green wire and one of the black ones: the power supply should then turn on....
