Bonjour;
Et au secours ! Je suis une collégienne trés peu calée en informatique, voire totalement nulle ! Il me faut absolument de l'aide, je vous en prie...Mon ordinateur est infesté par trois virus et je ne sais pas quoi faire. J'ai cherché sur internet des réponses mais tout est flou, compliqué et impossible pour moi...Y'a t-il un moyen simple et efficace pour en venir a bout ? Les virus sont hacktool, trojan horse et bloodhound...
Sont-ils dangereux ? Oh, je vous en supplie aidez moi

As-tu le chemin des fichiers détectés comme infectés?
As-tu un rapport d'antivirus a fournir?

Je suis désolée si ce n'est pas ça mais j'ai un anti-virus auto-protect et il m'a juste affiché une liste avec les virus, leur emplacement et le reste..
Est-ce cela que je dois fournir ?

Tu dois parler de Norton? Je sais pas ou voir pour le rapport.
On va faire un diagnostique du PC, télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n'est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenue des deux rapports, log.txt et info.txt(réduit dans la barre des tâches) à la fin de l'analyse
Utilise cjoint.com pour poster en lien tes rapports :
https://www.cjoint.com/
- Clique sur Parcourir pour aller chercher le rapport C:\rsit\log.txt
- Clique sur Ouvrir ensuite sur Créer le lien Cjoint
- Fais un copier/coller du lien qui est devant Le lien a été créé: dans ta prochaine réponse.
Et fais la même chose avec l'autre rapport C:\rsit\info.txt

Double clique sur combofix.exe, clique sur OUI et valide par Entrée
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
Combofix est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

** Note : En cas de perte de connexion, lance Winsockfix
- clique sur ReG-Backup pour créer une sauvegarde du registre, dans un dossier de ton choix.
- Une fois la sauvegarde effectuée, clique sur Fix , au message WinsockFix will now attempt to Repair your connection Clique sur "OUI"
- Patiente le temps que la réparation se fasse, à la fin des corrections au message suivant Repair completed Please Reboot , cliques sur OK ton Pc va redémarrer.
- Je le répète n'utilise Winsockfix que si tu as une perte de connection

J'ai reussi les premieres étapes, j'ai installé combofix et une barre de chargement apparait puis aprés un message dit que je ne peux pas renomer combofix...quand je clique sur ok, il ne se passe plus rien et il n'y a pas de redemarage...que dois-je faire ?

Télécharge Gmer et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
http://www2.gmer.net/download.php
- Déconnecte toi d'internet si possible et ferme tous les programmes, puis lance l'outil.
- Clique sur le bouton "Scan" sur la droite.
- Lorsque le scan est terminé, clic sur "Copy".
- Ouvre le bloc-note et clic sur le Menu Edition / Coller
- Le rapport doit alors apparaître.
- Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau et copie/colle le contenu ici.
