MP4 issue: white screen and others

Hello everyone, so here’s my problem. I bought on the 1st of April last year an MP4, imitation iPod nano, from Innovatek - Perfect Audio, 4 Gb. Everything was fine until I turned it on this morning and I see nothing but a completely white screen. I didn’t understand, and after several power on/off nothing. Tonight I plug it into my computer and still nothing. My computer recognizes it, and I can access the songs from the computer, but the screen is completely white. After a few searches I see that several people have this problem with cheap MP4s, and it’s said that these can still listen to their music. So I try and it’s the case for me as well. I can access everything, only it’s very blind. Then I continue my research and one solution is referenced: http://ww1.mympxplayer.org

so I try it, and first, the screen is still completely white, then I take the initiative to copy my music back onto it, I tell myself THIS IS IT! and well, at some point it stops and shows me “impossible to copy this song: Unable to create the directory or the file.” So I only have half of my songs!!! Now I’m stuck, I can’t do anything, I don’t know what to do please help me!!
