For some time now, my YESWECAN YWC01 hard drive has been having trouble connecting to my PC. This time, it is no longer recognized, it starts and then stops before finishing the file download
. Do you have a solution? I have all my photos, so I can only format it as a last resort

Hello, I'm reviving this old post because I'm also having issues with my YWC01 YES WE CAN (what?). When I bought it, I quickly realized that this device wasn't very well made (there was a supplementary manual for a "solution" in case of startup problems), so it has only served me to back up old Hi8mm videos. Now that I'm trying to use it on my TV to watch my videos, it can't even do that!
Are there any updates for this device or a tutorial explaining how to deal with all its flaws?
