Cegetel email password

Hello,
I actually created an email address with Cegetel at least 5 years ago and I haven't used it for a long time.
A few weeks ago, I received an email from a site I had signed up for. When I tried to go to that site to delete my account, it asked me for my password. Of course, I didn't remember it. So, I requested a new one. They sent it to my Cegetel inbox...
I went to the Cegetel site to get a new password. But they told me: We cannot send you your new password because you have never provided SFR with a contact email address.
So, I thought I would write to SFR's customer service, but they asked me to create an identifier. I filled in all the required fields and clicked on "continue".
Response --> We were unable to create your identifier for My Account because some of the information provided is incorrect.
I checked everything 20 times, but now I'm starting to get frustrated.
If you happen to have a solution, let me know =)
