Change the password for my club-internet email

Hello,

Following an update on my computer, I no longer have access to my club-internet email.
I don't remember my password, so I tried to reset it, but the address provided is not correct.
Therefore, I have no way to change it.
I'm trying to contact SFR but with no success as I don't have an SFR line and no more login details.

How can I recover this email account since I receive my bills there?

    I'm encountering the same issue as with the other procedures I've already completed.
    I'm being asked for usernames or a contract number that I don't have.
