Hello,
I am looking for a driver for my Epson Stylus SX400 printer. I checked the Epson website, downloaded the printer driver, but the message appears: Your printer is not connected or is poorly connected. I checked, but I keep getting the same error message. With the detected hardware wizard, it says: Access denied.
I am looking for a driver for my printer. Thank you.

  You need to uninstall everything and then reinstall the driver (with the printer unplugged from the PC)

  When do you get this error message? During the driver installation?
  Disconnect the printer and then install the driver.

Unzip the downloaded file (driver) ^^^ in the unzipped folder: WINVISTA_XP_2K >>> SETUP >>> double-click the setup file and follow the installation instructions.

  It's difficult to say where the problem comes from. If the printer is on, then you have a problem with:
  
  - USB ports
  - the printer cable is faulty
  - the printer is dead
  
  to check ^^^
  
  Try installing the printer on another PC.

  For USB Ports, Windows recognizes it as: Epson NX400 / SX400 / TX400, or EpsonStylus SX400 (they are indeed glued together, epson and stylus yes) or Epson Scanner
  
  Cables are perfect since Windows recognizes it!
