Hello,
I just installed a router at home. We have 2 laptops, one new (bought in 2010) and "an old one" (bought in 2006).
My PC is on WPA 2 and my sister's is on WPA or WEP, anyway I can't connect it to the wifi network, and if I change the router settings, mine won't connect anymore. What can I do?
Thanks

Hello,
WPA2, WPA, WEP, these are all names of protection for WiFi networks.
So, strictly speaking, a computer is not itself in "WPA, or WEP or....)
It's the WiFi connection that is secured in WAP or another way.
So if your PC has configured its connection with WPA2 encryption, then you need to configure the other PC in the same way :)
