My mobile phone does not show any Wi-Fi network.

Hello,
I just received my repaired phone and my new SIM card.
I wanted to connect to my home network, but my phone is not showing any available networks while other devices are connected just fine.
I don't know if it's a problem with my phone or the network, but I would like to know how to connect to the Wi-Fi.

    I had this problem too.
    If your phone is an iPhone do:
    - press the power button and the home button (like for a screenshot) for 10 seconds, it will restart by debugging.
    - if it still doesn't work, go to settings --> reset --> reset all settings.
    Then turn it on and it will work.

      Thank you, download the Samsung program on PC and reset them only as a last resort.
